How do I sign up for dog walking or pet sitting service?

Give us a call at (808) 265-3116. We'll be happy to discuss your pet care needs and schedule your free meet and greet with your new pet care provider. We use this opportunity to complete your new client paperwork, meet your pets and learn of your needs. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you'd like.

I tried to call but got your voicemail...will someone call me back today?

Due to the nature of our business, we are frequently out of the office for pet sits and walks but please know that we check messages frequently throughout the day and will call you back as soon as possible. Please leave a detailed message with: your pet info (type, number of pets), possible travel dates, the area of the island you live on & your contact information.

Are you bonded & insured?

Every walker and sitter that works with Pawsitively Pets Hawaii is bonded and insured through Business Insurers of the Carolinas. This policy is designed specifically for the pet care profession.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM . Inquires and reservations are taken during these hours.  

Do you offer doggie daycare or pet sitting in your home?

It is our belief that pets do best in their own familiar surroundings, therefore we do not offer day care or boarding services.

Do you offer less than daily pet care service?  My cats only need a visit every few days.

While we are in full agreement that cats are very independent creatures, we don't provide less than every other day(with a waiver) service for cat sitting. There are too many things that can go wrong so for your peace of mind and your cat's safety, we will not do visits less than every other day. We require at least one visit every 24 hours for outdoor dogs and one visit every 12 hours for indoor dogs.  

Can I schedule appointments online?

Yes!  If you are a new client, you can use the contact form on our site to request a consultation at your convenience. If you are a returning client, you may use the contact form or reservations form on our site.  Of course, you may also call us to schedule at 808-265-3116.
